Telecom Researcher offers data & analysis on various market trends that are impacting the telecommunications solutions and services industries. We offer a mix of market research and consulting services that are designed to meet the specific information needs of our clients. Our research offerings deliver tremendous value to our clients without tying them into rigid, subscriptions that limit access to specific-modules. Majority of our content is developed based on client input which essentially spares you from the trouble of having to extrapolate and interpret data from a generalized industry report to fit your research query. Our services fall into two broad categories: ¨ Research Services - for clients with information needs that are frequent and span across multiple coverage areas or markets. ¨ Consulting Services - for clients with information requirements that are infrequent and typically focused on one topic or industry segment. |

Research Services Our market research services offer high quality, timely information at unprecedented value. Research services are mainly comprised of client queries that typically seek information on a specific topic such as: ¨ Product/service/application usage & adoption rates ¨ Pricing trends ¨ Market sizing information ¨ Provisioning mechanisms ¨ Channel information ¨ Other areas within our coverage Research services essentially offer a query-based model that may leverage our existing knowledge base or require us to conduct additional primary and secondary research to address specific client queries. Typical deliverables include concise, written documents, and presentations. Our research services allow clients to utilize our services as they deem appropriate and as dictated by their information and budgetary needs. Clients are provided company-wide access to all relevant content. How it Works Each research service offering is based on a specific number of assigned query hours that can be used in any which way desired by the client. For instance, clients can utilize all of their query hours on a particular information request or they may choose to spread these hours over a range of queries. At Telecom Researcher we work directly with clients to identify their information needs and propose solutions that are tailor-made to their information needs. Our research services deliver exceptional flexibility as client access is not limited to a specific research module. All research services offer TOTAL ACCESS across any of our coverage areas. In addition, Telecom Researcher offers a variety of alternatives to clients that retain our services but may not fully utilize their query hours over their allocated period. Consulting engagements may last several weeks depending on the depth of information desired by the customer. Constant interaction with clients is maintained throughout the project duration via research updates and progress reports. Our consulting services offer a mix of in-depth data & analysis at exceptional value. All consulting projects initiate with a detailed client briefing during which both client representatives as well as Telecom Researcher analysts work together to identify and refine project scope as well as completion time frame for various deliverables. An interim report is typically presented to the client midway through the project. The interim report also serves as a metric to identify any variances or changes in research scope and or methodology. Final project deliverables often include a detailed briefing to discuss the results of the research. The project completion briefings are conducted via audio and or web conferencing, however, based on individual client needs, the analyst team can also deliver final presentation at client's site. Much like our research services, all of the consulting RFPs go directly to our analysts in order to ensure a timely response. Typically, after submission of an RFP, the relevant analysts will contact clients with any outstanding questions/clarifications and a proposal is then submitted, usually within 2-3 business days (or earlier as required by the client). Contact us today for a proposal on your consulting assignment. |
